// Our Story
Woven from
purpose and practice.
Lụa Công was built on the belief that AI should serve the people who use it — not the other way around. We exist to help Vietnamese businesses find where AI genuinely fits.
← Back to Home// Who we are
From raw curiosity to refined practice
Lụa Công was founded in Ho Chi Minh City by a small team that had spent years watching businesses in Vietnam hesitate at the edge of digital change — not from lack of ambition, but from a shortage of guidance that spoke plainly and honestly about what technology could and couldn't do.
The name draws on the Vietnamese tradition of silk production: a careful, skilled process that transforms raw material into something refined and valuable. That metaphor shapes everything we do. AI capability, like raw silk thread, has genuine potential — but it needs thoughtful handling to become something useful.
We don't promise transformation overnight. We work alongside businesses at whatever stage they're at — from first questions about AI to structured multi-department rollouts — and we stay honest about what the work actually involves.
// Our mission
Helping teams work confidently alongside AI
Our mission is to close the gap between AI capability and everyday business reality in Vietnam — through honest advisory, grounded training, and a deep respect for the people doing the actual work.
Plain language, always. No jargon, no inflated promises. We explain what AI does and doesn't do in terms that make practical sense for your business.
Vietnamese context by default. Our recommendations are shaped by local tools, local business culture, and the real operational environment our clients work in.
People at the centre. We build programs that treat your team as the point of the work — not a variable to be managed around.

// How we work
Standards we hold ourselves to
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
All client data and business information shared during engagements is handled under strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or use client information beyond the scope of the agreed programme.
Output Quality Review
Every written deliverable — from consultation summaries to transformation roadmaps — goes through internal review before reaching clients. We don't send first drafts.
Adaptive Programme Design
We build in feedback loops and adjustment points across all programmes. If something isn't working, we address it directly rather than staying on a predetermined path.
Continuous Learning Practice
The AI landscape evolves quickly. Our team maintains active engagement with developments in AI tools and methodology so our recommendations stay current and grounded.
Honest Scoping
We decline engagements where we don't believe we can add genuine value. If a business's needs fall outside our current scope, we'll say so clearly and suggest alternatives.
Documentation Standard
All advisory outputs, training materials, and implementation guides are documented clearly so they remain useful after the engagement ends — not just during it.
// Our approach
AI advisory built on operational honesty
Lụa Công works with businesses across manufacturing, retail, professional services, and education in Ho Chi Minh City and beyond. Each engagement begins with a careful assessment of what a team is actually doing, what friction they experience, and where AI tools could reduce that friction without adding new complexity.
We think of AI integration as a thread running through existing operations — it works best when woven carefully into the fabric of what's already there, not when it disrupts everything in service of novelty.
The businesses we work with share a few things in common: they're curious about AI, realistic about their bandwidth, and interested in making changes that stick. They've often encountered AI tools on their own and want help making sense of what they found.
Our team brings direct operational experience alongside technical knowledge — which means we can translate between what AI tools are capable of and what it actually looks like to adopt them inside a real business with real constraints.
