What people say after working with us
"I came in sceptical — I'd heard a lot of AI hype and wasn't convinced any of it applied to a business like mine. The starter consultation changed my view. Not because they oversold anything, but because they were honest about what wasn't relevant. That honesty made me trust the recommendations that were relevant."
Phạm Hòa
Owner, retail business · Quận 3, HCMC
January 2025
"The upskilling programme was harder than I expected in week three — we were adjusting faster than some team members were comfortable with. The Lụa Công trainer noticed before I did and slowed the pace for a week. That flexibility was the reason the programme ultimately worked. My team uses AI tools every day now without being reminded to."
Trương Thúy
Operations Manager, logistics firm · Bình Thạnh, HCMC

"We were in the middle of a broader technology upgrade when we engaged Lụa Công for the full transformation programme. Their advisory team integrated smoothly with our existing project — I appreciated that they didn't try to take over the whole process. The sustainability plan they delivered at the end has become a genuine reference document for our operations team."
Nguyễn Văn Khang
Director, manufacturing company · Thủ Đức, HCMC

"Small business owners in Vietnam often get pitched technology solutions that are built for much larger organisations. The starter consultation was the first time someone actually looked at my business size and context and gave me advice that made sense for it. I implemented two of their three recommendations. Both are still running six months later."
Lê Bảo Châu
Owner, food service business · Gò Vấp, HCMC
December 2024
"The 30-day follow-up wasn't something I thought I'd use — but it turned out to be the most valuable session of the whole programme. By that point, my team had run into questions we hadn't anticipated during training. Having the chance to come back with those real-world problems and work through them made everything stick better."
Đặng Minh Tuấn
Team Lead, professional services firm · Phú Nhuận, HCMC
February 2025
"What I appreciated most was that the written summary from our consultation didn't read like a marketing document. It was direct about costs, realistic about timelines, and included tools I'd actually heard of. I used it as a reference document for three months afterward."

Longer stories from the work
A 12-person operations team at a Thủ Đức logistics company
The challenge
The team was spending approximately 14 hours per week collectively on email drafting and routine document preparation. Management was interested in AI tools but uncertain whether the team would engage willingly. Two senior staff had previously dismissed AI as "unreliable" after early negative experiences.
The approach
We started the upskilling programme with the two sceptical senior staff — getting them involved in shaping the team protocols for week five. This built investment before full rollout. Hands-on practice used real email and document examples from the company's actual operations rather than generic scenarios.
The outcome
Collective time on routine drafting reduced to approximately 6 hours per week by week 8. Both sceptical senior staff became the strongest advocates for the team's AI protocols. The 30-day follow-up session produced a refined version of those protocols that the team continues to use independently.
"The thing that surprised me was that my most resistant team member ended up writing most of the AI usage guidelines. Once he was involved in shaping how we use it, his attitude completely shifted."

A 45-person professional services firm in Phú Nhuận
The challenge
The firm wanted to integrate AI across client services, internal communications, and business development — but had no framework for deciding which AI tools were appropriate for client-facing work versus internal use. Different departments were piloting conflicting tools independently.
The approach
The 18-week engagement began with an infrastructure audit across all departments to map what was actually being used and by whom. Weeks 3–6 focused on establishing a shared tool ecosystem framework. Cross-department training happened in parallel from week 7, with weekly advisory reviews adjusting priorities based on uptake data.
The outcome
The firm consolidated from 11 independently chosen tools to 5 shared tools with clear usage protocols. Client-facing and internal use boundaries were defined in a policy document. 38 of 45 staff rated their comfort with AI tools as "confident" or "very confident" in the post-programme survey, up from 9 before the engagement.
A sole-trader creative services business in Gò Vấp
The challenge
The owner was spending an estimated 10 hours per week on administrative tasks — primarily scheduling, client email management, and invoice preparation — which was directly limiting time available for billable work. Budget for any solution was tight.
The approach
The three-session consultation focused specifically on the administrative bottleneck. We identified two AI tools with Vietnamese-language support and free tiers that could be implemented without any financial commitment. The cost-benefit estimate was built around genuine time recapture, not theoretical productivity.
The outcome
The owner implemented both recommendations within two weeks of the final session. Administrative time reduced to approximately 4 hours per week. The recaptured time was redirected to billable work. The consultation cost was recovered within six weeks from additional revenue.
